Corky grew up on the plains of west Texas and drew influence from the landscapes and western lifestyle both past and present.  The passion for his art came mostly from his grandfather, who was also an artist and loved the outdoors.  Life was always an adventure when they were together.

Corky wants his art to inspire the viewer of a passed memory or take them to a place we can share.
